Service Description

Ahead of the call I will ask you to fill out a 3 day sleep and food log and will send you a detailed questionnaire all about your little one's sleep. I will make a bespoke Sleep Plan for you which I believe will best address your current sleep issues. During the consultation, we will talk through this plan together, making any small changes and ensuring that you are feeling confident and reassured. After the call I will provide step-by-step guidance, troubleshooting and tweaking of the plan as needed every day to help you implement the changes and transform your little one's sleep.
